We use the details you provide to understand your enquiry and respond to you.
What we collect
Your name, email address, organisation if provided, and the information you include about your project. Please do not send patient information through this form.
When you browse the website we also collect technical information through analytics and measurement tools: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, referring site, and interactions such as button clicks. Session recordings and heatmaps (Microsoft Clarity) may capture how people use the pages; enquiry form fields are masked so names, emails and free-text answers are not readable in those recordings.
How we use it
Your enquiry is stored in the Khorus.ai enquiry inbox for review and follow-up. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list. We do not sell enquiry information.
We use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Meta and LinkedIn measurement tags to understand site performance, improve the website and, where you arrive from ads or social campaigns, measure whether an enquiry was completed. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry information by emailing kade@khorus.ai. We keep enquiries while responding and managing the resulting business conversation. Closed enquiries are reviewed for deletion 12 months after receipt unless needed for an ongoing engagement or legal record.
You can also limit analytics cookies in your browser settings, use a browser that blocks tracking, or contact kade@khorus.ai if you want help understanding what we collect from the website.
